Select which document to pull forward information
Allow me to select which document I want to pull information forward from. Sometimes I want to bring forward information from a previous session that may have been two weeks ago, versus the most recent session. Or, I may want to pull information from the last daily note onto my progress note/re-assessment.
63 votesYou can now add custom therapy cases to Fusion, such as "Feeding", that therapists from multiple service types can work with if needed. This means, for example, that a patient could have an OT case and a Feeding case, and an OT therapist could work with both of those cases separately!
This also means that when you pull forward in a document, information will be pulled from the previous document for the specific case you're working on!

Add and edit goals from a daily note
Allow me to add and edit goals from within a daily note, like I can in an evaluation-type document.

Allow admins to delete duplicate documents for inactive users
As an admin, allow me to delete a document for an inactive user if I know it's a duplicate. It would be much easier to delete it than to go through the amender process.
2 votesAdmins can delete an incomplete document for an inactive user if the therapist didn’t sign the document from Admin → Users → Inactive and click the documents icon.

Sort/filter documentation
Allow me to sort or apply filters to my documentation in the Docs tab (e.g. daily notes, progress notes, etc.) so that I can sort or filter the documents by appointment date, patient name, charges submitted, etc.

Upload paper or PDF remits
I want to upload a copy of the paper EOB / remit we received from the payer into Fusion's remit so I can view the file like I would for an electronic remit.

Include more comment fields in feeding evaluation
When completing the Feeding Assessment evaluation section in Fusion, allow more "comment" or "notes" fields in each section.

Pull forward content by user
When using the "previous content" feature to pull forward information, only pull forward information from the previous daily note completed by that same user.

Solution for crossover claims
Create a solution to handle crossover claims where the secondary remit comes in attached to the primary instance of the claim.
31 votesWe have added a way for Fusion to handle crossover claims! Adjudications from electronic remits will automatically link to the correct claim instance based on details sent by the payer, and adjudications will now stay in place when you delete a secondary or tertiary claim instance.

Allow patients or caregivers to sign daily notes
Allow my patients or the caregivers to sign the daily notes. I need to have them sign when I'm doing home visits and having them sign the note would be easier.

Create appointment note from patient's appointment list
Sometimes I need to cancel multiple appointments for a patient. It's easier to do this from the patient's appointment list, but I'd like to be able to create an appointment note from this screen to indicate the reason for canceling.

Display patient names as last name, first name
Anywhere where there is a list of patient names, display the last name first (Last Name, First Name).

Don't Preview When Pulling Forward in a Document
In a document, don't preview the information that will be pulled forward prior to populating it into the note. Having this preview adds clicks and therefore slows down the documentation process. Once the information is pulled into the document, I'll be previewing it as I make changes. Viewing it beforehand is redundant.
