Choose time-frame for appointment reminders
Let me choose a time-frame for patient appointment reminders, so that I can set them to go out on a schedule that better matches my cancellation policy or have more flexibility to send them closer to the appointment time.

Could we possibly have the ability to modify what the text reminder says. Our previous EMR allowed us to modify the text. We prefer our patients contact their therapist directly not the office as they may be away from their phone, on a call, etc. It would be nice if it could say after the day and appt time, please contact your therapist should you need to cancel.

Hello,
Can Fusion please update the reminder system- with reminders sent closer to the appointment time, option to confirm, cancel or reschedule the appointment.
Now our providers are sending texts and emails and an automated system would make it way more efficient and streamlined.
We've made this suggestion before and are hoping this change will be made sooner than later :)

I'm wondering if we could edit the reminder texts specifically for evaluations to say-"If you have not completed your paperwork please plan to come 15 minutes early to your scheduled appointment."

During this time of uncertainty, it would be beneficial for each therapy clinic to have the opportunity to change their reminder messages for clients. Such as reminding them that telemedicine is in use and adding that link into the reminder message.

An automated text message or email reminder that gets sent to families that let's them know that they have a copay before their visit the next day. Or another line on the existing reminders that go out to families that would include their expected copay. It would be very helpful now that we are doing telehealth to prompt the families in some way to call the office to pay their copay ahead of their appointment.

Would like reminder texts to also go out the morning of the appointment in addition to the 24 hours. It seems as though the 24 hours may be too much time between the appointment and reminder. Any solutions would be appreciated.

Can you offer a choice to send reminders at 48 hours? rather than the 24? That gives us time to reschedule the cancels.

Hello,
We would like the ability to customize our appointment reminder settings. Ideally we would like to be able to set the reminders to send out 48 hours before the appointment. This would be especially helpful with Monday appointment reminders since we do not open on weekends and when patients get the reminders on sunday night we don't know until we come into the office on Monday. This then makes scheduling someone in their place difficult. We would really like to be able to send out the reminders on Friday's for the Monday appointments.
