    We need the ability to be able to fax from patient files and not just documents. There are other forms that we use that need to be faxed to the doctor such as a request for another service or a request for equipment or assistive devices.

    We need to be able to discharge a patient that is showing up as a referral however that is not an option. We don't want to delete them completely because then we would lose records of receiving the referral, the attempts to schedule them and letters to the physician that they were unable schedule.

    We would love be able to customize patient text messages that they're receiving as appointment reminders so that we can tell them exactly where our office is located. It's a little complicated where we are located. Thank you!

    When entering authorizations we would rather be able to put in the total visits authorized during a specific time period and have Fusion subtract any visits in that time period from the authorization automatically. So authorizations would show up like "10 of 30 visits" (the 10 being how many used during that time period and the 30 is the total from a specific auth). Our previous system tracked this for us and was a huge help and was so much easier to figure out how many visits were actually used on each authorization. We see 65% Tricare patients and they extend authorizations and add visits to the current authorization so we are spending a ton of time trying to calculate visits remaining in auth and how many need to be added when Tricare extends an Auth. So when we get a new authorization we are having to count how many visits have been added and how many have been used during that time frame because the system doesn't calculate that for us.
