Sign off requirement by payer/therapist
Allow me to set sign-off requirements based on a therapist's credentialing with a payer.

You should be able to assign which payers need a sign off for therapy assistants and which ones don't.

It would be helpful to have a setting in the user/therapists profile that can be set to require a co-signer by a specific payer. Currently, it is an all-or-nothing deal; the only other way to set co-signer requirements would be on the payer side but it cannot be specified by therapist. Insurance credentialing gets approved at different times by different payers and having to continue to sign off on documents when a therapist is already credentialed creates an unnecessary administrative burden.

a feature to choose which insurance company needs cosigned. Not an all or nothing choice.

Please allow sign off permission for each insurance company individually

I would like the system to allow for permissions to be turned on for one insurance company at a time for singing off on documents. Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) are making it mandatory for a variety of different providers to submit claims from each facility. We take all insurances so it takes a year before someone can co-sign on their own note.

I would like the ability to click on each insurance company once a provider is credentialed. In an insurance audit, they don't like 1-2 people in a 20 provider clinic signing off on everyone's chart.

Once a therapist is credentialed with 1 payer they should be able to sign off for themselves. Credentialing is really hard when the therapist has to be enrolled with all of the Insurance companies.

Ability to select insurances a therapist can sign for themselves without the requirement to use a co-signer. The system makes it so a therapist has to be credentialed with all of the insurance companies before they can sign off themselves. This sometimes takes 9 months and puts more pressure on the person who has to do all the sign offs. Thanks!

Yes!! This would help a lot while a therapist who just finished certification or a fully licensed therapist who is new to the practice is getting added with all the payers... I need more granular control over when he or she does or doesn't need a signer... In our old system, one could distinguish that only the claims needed a different provider ("billing provider') while a fully-licensed therapist was awaiting insurance "blessing"
