I would like the system to allow for permissions to be turned on for one insurance company at a time for singing off on documents. Medicare and Medicaid (CMS) are making it mandatory for a variety of different providers to submit claims from each facility. We take all insurances so it takes a year before someone can co-sign on their own note.

I would like the ability to click on each insurance company once a provider is credentialed. In an insurance audit, they don't like 1-2 people in a 20 provider clinic signing off on everyone's chart.

Once a therapist is credentialed with 1 payer they should be able to sign off for themselves. Credentialing is really hard when the therapist has to be enrolled with all of the Insurance companies.

Ability to select insurances a therapist can sign for themselves without the requirement to use a co-signer. The system makes it so a therapist has to be credentialed with all of the insurance companies before they can sign off themselves. This sometimes takes 9 months and puts more pressure on the person who has to do all the sign offs. Thanks!

If disciplines share the same patient that they can pull forward information from the evaluation or add other disciplines as contributors instead of having to input medical history multiple times.

It would be great if the visit count did two things:
1. Once the authorization has been input, it would show up on the calendar.
2. Once a patient is checked in it uses a visit from the count, not once the note has been submitted.

Patient invoices are very confusing for the customers. Can you please take off the written off portion? Or make it an option what to include on the invoice?
Right now we are creating a new invoice on quickbooks because almost everyone calls in to "understand" their invoice sent from Fusion. It is double entry for us, but makes our patients happier.

Patient invoices are confusing and don't pull forward unpaid balances to give to the patient.

In the standardized tests, please have the description of the tests populate with the fill in boxes.
