Track physician signatures on the Plan of Care
Allow me a way to track if we have received a signed POC from a physician. We need to make sure physicians sign our POCs and there's no way to track that in Fusion.

We currently keep yet another Excel spreadsheet detailing when we faxed a plan of care to the physician and when it is returned signed. Our facility is governed by AHCA and Medicaid which require us to have the POC signed within 30 days.

In a future update (hopefully soon), will you add a feature to indicate whether or not the physician signed off of the report? It is so hard to keep track of that internally right now due to this feature not being available on Fusion.

There needs to be a report that we can run for Progress Notes/Evals/Re-assessments that do not have an attachment so we can see what documents have not come back signed by the physician.

Tracking Physician Signed Plan of Cares.
We need the ability to track the return of plans of care in the system. -

I'm a clinic coordinator at a pediatric clinic and after completing an internal audit I found 70 documents were never sent out to the primary doctor for signature. I think if there was function that reminded therapists to send the document to the doctor after it is completed that would help alleviate this problem.

We need a report to tell us if the doctor has not signed and returned a progress note/plan of care/eval/reassessment.

Per most insurances, all our evaluations/plan of cares need to be signed within 30 days. Is there anyway to make a check box or date box to add this in. I'd love to be able to quickly run a report on what documents have outstanding doctor signatures. Thanks!
