An error occurred while saving the comment I actually have an Excel spreadsheet that I compare to Fusion every week. I always have the need to shift patient around to a "potential" schedule and when they confirm it works for them, then I add them to Fusion's schedule. I also use the Excel schedule when I am planning a new schedule for a new therapist.

We currently keep yet another Excel spreadsheet detailing when we faxed a plan of care to the physician and when it is returned signed. Our facility is governed by AHCA and Medicaid which require us to have the POC signed within 30 days.
