Add effective dates for payers
Allow me to include effective dates for payers that directly link to how claims are generated.

We need an option to add another primary and secondary payer with a date range when needed. When our Medicaid pts change from one payer to another (happens monthly), we have to make sure everything has been submitted before we can make the changes (The therapists may not always have everything completed from the day before.)

When an insurance terms, currently you have to delete the insurance to avoid any mix ups. If insurances could be termed and just deactivate but save for future reference that would be great!

Requesting a way to "archive" 1st Payer info on the patient's file.
That way, we can see the history of patient insurance changes. -

Families often know in advance their insurance will be changing, being able to add an end date (and having Fusion not link it to dates after that) to an insurance could prevent billing being sent to the wrong insurance company. And if a new insurance is given but not ready to start yet, a start date could allow us to enter all the info, then have Fusion activate it on the start date.

When a secondary insurance has an ending effective date, the system should figure out how to not send claims to that insurance after that effective date and finalize to the primary if the secondary has ended.
