    Allow option for statements that only generates for balances due vs all charges paid and unpaid. It wastes a lot of paper and confuses clients. 4 pages for 1 $20 balance is a lot.

    When an insurance terms, currently you have to delete the insurance to avoid any mix ups. If insurances could be termed and just deactivate but save for future reference that would be great!
