Patient wait list
For patients that are referred but we don't have the availability to schedule them yet, allow me to keep their names on a wait list so that when an appointment becomes available we can call the next person on the list.

Add additional service types
Allow me to add additional service types to our account beyond what is currently offered in Fusion (e.g. PS, TH, PT, OT, ST, etc.). We offer a lot of different services at our clinics and we've used all the ones currently available.
29 votesYou can now add custom therapy cases to Fusion, such as "Feeding". This means, for example, that a patient could have an OT case and a Feeding case, and an OT therapist could work with both of those cases separately!

Select multiple service types for a user
Allow me to assign more than one service type to a single user.
17 votesYou can now add custom therapy cases to Fusion, such as "Feeding", that therapists from multiple service types can work with if needed. This means, for example, that both an OT therapist and an ST therapist could work on Feeding cases!

Display patient names as last name, first name
Anywhere where there is a list of patient names, display the last name first (Last Name, First Name).

Set invoices due field to 0 days
In clinic options, allow me to set the invoices due field to "0" so that invoices will display that they are due immediately.

Add additional therapist credentials
Allow me to add additional credentials. Some therapists are board certified in certain areas and we'd like that included with our signature. Also, some payers require additional statements after credentials before they will approve authorizations.
5 votesWe’ve increased the character limit when adding a user’s credentials. Credentials can now contain up to 50 characters to accommodate longer or additional credentials. Keep up to date on the latest changes in fusion with our release notes!

Mark students in fusion for easier credit
When setting up a new student account, allow me to mark the therapist as a student so Fusion can track it and eliminate the need for me having to submit the student verification form later.

Allow admins to disable access to old Fusion for other users
As an Admin, allow me to disable access to old Fusion for my staff so that everyone is using the update.

Don't change scroll position in the patient list
When viewing the patient list under the Admin tab, if I discharge a patient the page refreshes and brings me back to the top of the list. Keep me in the same position so that if I'm discharging more than one patient, I don't have to scroll back down to find my place.

Deactivate Therapy Activities
Allow me to deactivate therapy activities because they will be updated/discontinued over time and I can't delete a measure that has been used on documentation. I also don't have any way to remove duplicates.

Prevent admin permissions from being removed from all users
Prevent me from removing admin permissions from all users. If I accidentally remove admin from all users, there's no way for me to get it back.
