An error occurred while saving the comment No one should be able to edit notes but the person that created them, also there should be a audit trail to show who edited it, this is a legal issue.

I am voting important, but I thought we are already tracking these? We enter how many units or visits and then as they are checked in AND the report is signed off, it already deducts from the units remaining.
