    I like Catherine's suggestion below, but if we could at least get a note tab on each remit as a whole, that would be great. Sometimes I need to make notes that either don't relate to a specific billing account or I need to be reminded to go to a specific billing account or claim, so a general note space here like in the billing account would be extremely helpful.

    Exactly what I came here to suggest! It's not just an issue with onboarding. I have a random EOB from Medicaid with 52 claims and over $500 unmatched dollars and I have to sort through the e-file of the EOB with a fine toothed come to figure out what's going on. It would be great if we could see exactly which claims are unmatched in some way.

    Seeing fee schedules of all insurers plus private pay rate is pretty standard in most EMRs. It might be difficult given the way Fusion is setup, but it would definitely be helpful.

    We should be able to customize text messages AND have the ability to receive texts (preferably without another upcharge)--especially since you charge for texts.
