Transaction dates are listed started with the oldest at the top. It would be nice to have the option to order them from newest to oldest. If there is a way to do that please excuse this suggestion. I couldn't find it.

Add existing invoiced, but unpaid, totals to a new invoice.
If an invoice is created for a DOS, let's say 9/1/18, but the client does not pay I cannot add that old DOS to a new invoice. If they also need to pay on DOS 9/15, 10/1, and 10/15 those would be on a separate invoice. Sending two invoices (one old and one new) is very confusing to our clients resulting in our not being paid correctly.Emily S

Completed tasks should be able to sort by date or at least start with the most recent completion dates at the top.
A way to flag an account for returning clients that never paid their previous balance so we can collect before resuming services. If a warning would come up when the casefile was reactivated or better if when the case was opened at all even if discharged.
