It would be extremely helpful if we could fax our uploaded files without having to make them "attached" to a SOAP or POC.
Once I get my POCs signed by the PCP, I upload that file to the case notes, file tab. I cannot fax that document straight from fusion, I need to do it separately. Once I upload things to fusion, they are typically shredded right away so if I need to refax it anywhere I need to print it and fax it via my fax machine instead of through fusion.
Part time user prorated fee and free admin user. I'm having a hard time justifying the cost of my part time users and needing to add an admin account separate of therapy when the rate is already significantly higher than other companies. I want to keep fusion, but it's getting really expensive and limiting my ability to grow with part-time contractors.
