Allow me to fax or email files that I have uploaded to the Files section of the patient's information.

There needs to be a way to fax a document to the physician from the files section.

It would be nice to be able to fax files from the patient file tab.

The ability to directly fax or email files not in the documents tab. Sometimes insurance requires us to write letters and fill out forms that need to be faxed. We save them under "files" in the patient profile and it would be great if we can fax items in that tab.

It would be awesome to be able to email and fax from the patient documents section at the bottom of the chart.

There needs to be an option to send a document from Files. There needs to be an airplane icon there, just like the airplane icon on completed documents.

I would be nice to have the capability to fax and/or email an uploaded file from the Files tab in Fusion. Currently we can only view, download or delete. Or, when we fax a insurance company client notes, have the capability to add a scanned copy of the claim denial. This would save a huge amount of paper!!

Would like to be able to send doctors orders.

We need a way to fax a document that has been uploaded into the files or as a resource to a physician. Tricare ABA needs the clinical diagnosis: DSM-5 diagnostic checklist filled out by the physician and returned to us signed. It would be helpful if we could send this from Fusion the same way we send Progress Notes and Re-Assessments.

Faxing/Emailing patient information from the "FILES" tab within the patient file. When requesting authorizations we often need to fax referrals or other information prior to seeing the patient. This means we can not fax/email from the FUSION system. Faxing/emailing from the FUSION system has the benefit of recording the transactions and allowing us to see whether the fax/email has been received.

Being able to fax patient files from fusion instead of having to download them and fax manually.

When sending insurance co's documentation to request authorization for more visits, they always need the eval, multiple treatment notes, progress notes etc. As a new user of Fusion, we uploaded all of the patient's previous reports and documentation under their account within the forms tab at the bottom. It would be AWESOME if we could include those "FILES" in the fax/email we send to the ins co...I'm actually not sure what our workaround will be for the period of time it'll take to get all of our patients docs fully fusioned since we have so many that remain on caseload for a couple of years. This is a really big issue. Please see if it's possible. THANKS

There needs to be a way to email or fax documents that are uploaded to the files section of a patient's profile. Sometimes we have items scanned to the files such as a BDI, Sensory Profile, ASQ or some other survey/test/measure/form completed outside of Fusion that needs to be faxed or emailed to the physician or parent.

We need an option to send a fax out of a kids files and to places other than Dr. Offices.
Also, every place that we fax to does not need a copy of a child's daily note, and the daily note is not always the business of everyone that needs something from them.Every office staff needs access to the faxed log.

This would be so useful right now with many offices opting to allow employees to work from home. During this first waive of COVID-19, faxing was the only thing that made me need to go into the office on a regular basis.

We need the ability to be able to fax from patient files and not just documents. There are other forms that we use that need to be faxed to the doctor other than just the notes and plan of care.
