    Update authorization reminders to have a status such as "waiting on clinician report" "submitted to insurance" and gives the date/time and name of who updated the status.

    Add API integrations for 2 way sms and mms texting. Be able to mask VOI phone number so that text messages are coming from the clinic's phone number.

    I also recommend to be able to deactivate a location if all the patients associated with the location are discharged.

    Survey feature for parents.

    1. Scheduled automatic surveys that go out on a scheduled based on the date of the evaluation. Ex. A survey 1 week after the eval asking how the eval was, A survey 3 months after eval asking how therapy is going, then a reoccurring survey every 6 months until discharge.

    2. Mass surveys based on if patients are active/discharged.

    3. Individual custom surveys. For example if grandma brings the child to therapy, send a survey to the parent asking about how the child is doing with a particular problem.

    4. The ability to attach survey results to a note (daily/progress/eval).

    5. Process: admin sets up mass ro scheduled emails. Clinicians go to EMR chart or note documentation to create/send the survey. Parents get an email notification and complete the survey in the parent portal. Survey results show up in the EMR chart and attached to note if connected with a note.

    Publish a directory of your customers for prospective clients to find clinics in online search. This can be a admin setting where clinics opt in or out of, add a logo/photo, brief description of services, link to our website and get's automatically pushed onto fusion's website. This would be an easy way for fusion to add value to its customers to increase their visibility on the web.

    Allow "Other Event" appointments to be checked in. No need to track a history of attendance etc. However this can be used as a check and balances to ensure other meetings or scheduled tasks have been completed.
