Limit available billing codes on a daily note per patient
Allow me to choose a subset of billing codes that each therapist can use for a particular patient or service type to help our therapists choose the right codes.

Don't override return/decline reasons
If my co-signer declines my note and our biller returns the claim/document back to me, only one reason shows up. So if the biller returns it after my co-signer has declined it, then I can't view my co-signer's decline reason because the return reason from the biller overrides it.

Change "last assessment" label on goal time frame selection
When completing an evaluation-type document and choosing the goal time frame, the "Last Assessment" option is confusing because I'm not sure what documents are "assessments." Make this label clearer so I know if it's referring to just re-assessments or progress notes as well.

Show previous data entered for goal in docs tab
In the Docs tab when entering goal data using the Enter Data icon under the goal, show the previous data points that were entered in a table below like in old Fusion. I like seeing the last previous data points to compare the data when writing notes or comments.

Display goal target when printing goals
Display the goal target when printing goals. It's hard to tell where the green target line is so having the target displayed (written) would be helpful if we give a copy of the goals to patients/caregivers.

Allow me to send evaluation content to another therapist
Allow me to send evaluation content to another therapist for them to use in their documentation so that information that is the same across all reports (e.g. history) doesn't have to be re-typed.

Print goals with data fields
Allow me to print a list of a patient's goals with data fields, similar to how goals look when entering data in daily note. I use the printed goal sheet in my sessions and it would be nice to have a spot to record the data.

Include take home activities history on evaluation type documents
Show a history of the Take Home Activities I have assigned to a patient given a selected time frame in progress notes and re-assessments.

Add 30 day option for including goals in evaluations
When choosing a goal timeframe on progress notes, re-evaluations, and discharges allow me to select a 30-day option. Right now the smallest window is 90 days.

Only mark document as a draft if content is saved
If I open a document but don't add any content, don't change the status of the document to "Draft". It makes me think that I've actually started the document when I really haven't.

Allow me to preview the previous content before pulling it forward into my document.

Highlight FLR goals in the daily note
When entering goal data in a daily note, highlight the FLR goal like it was in old Fusion so I can find the FLR goal faster.

Edit document then decline
When a document is sent to me as a contributor, allow me to edit the document and then decline it. It's easier for the other therapist if they can read my notes/comments in-line.

Make HEP in color
Make the activity/worksheet type HEP documents in color. Sometimes children are more likely to engage in something if the worksheet is in color.

View patient's documents and goals in one place
When viewing my patient list under Patients & Goals, allow me to view both the patient's goals and documents in once place. Right now I have keep going back to the list to view the documents, and then click back into the patient to view their goals.

Show documents in one list with status icons
Show all the documents I need to complete in one list, broken down by document type with an icon next to the document that displays the status (e.g. draft, sign-off, contributor, etc.).

Default goal category
If I've already added goals to a patient and I add a new one, make the goal category default to the category I'm adding it under.

Make billing codes box more prominent in evals
Make the Billing Codes box in eval-type documents more prominent. Right now it's often overlooked by our therapists.

Display appointment length in document
Show me how long the appointment was when completing a document. Right now I can only view the appointment length when I edit the Date/Time field.

Option to display goal notes on graph
Allow me the option to display a qualifier or some notes on or underneath the graph. For example, sometimes when I am recording goal data I may see how well that patient does without supports. I want to record the data point on the graph and track it, but I also want to attach a note to that data point that displays on the chart so that when the chart prints that data point is explained.
