As an admin, allow me to create and complete documentation for all of our patients.

Allow me to reassign a goal to another patient
Allow me to reassign goals to another patient. This would be helpful when we have the issue where a therapist accidentally creates goals in another patient's goal area. To correct it, you have to delete all goals and re-create all goals under the correct patient.

Choose which attachments to fax
When sending a document that has attachments, allow me to choose which attachments I want to send with the document. Right now it's either all or nothing.

Attach goal data history to documentation
Allow me to attach the data history to a progress note or re-assessment. Sometimes the goal graphs don't reflect the changes in our kids that are small but still great progress for their developmental level and the data history would provide that extra support.

Change default to not include graphs when printing goals
When printing a patient's goals, change the default to not include goal graphs. I use the printed goals to take data and I don't need to see the graphs, so it's a hassle to change the drop-down every time.

Add a section for Palpation under Findings/Performance Skills in evaluation-type documents.

Auto-save password
Auto-save my password in the password field for signing off on notes or when I get locked out, so I don't have to spend so much time typing it in every time.

Allow me to add notes to document reminders so if it needs to be postponed or it has been scheduled I can notate that and communicate it with my team.

When viewing the list of daily notes, display the most recent daily note at the top of the list.

Use quick phrase for email address
We've set-up email addresses as quick phrases in our clinic. Allow us to insert a quick phrase in the email field when sending documents.

Prohibit note signing if no goal data entered
Don't allow me to sign a daily note unless some objective/goal data has been entered.

Add activities from a list
Allow me to open a list of activities and select the ones I want to insert into my daily note. It takes less time to check-off the ones I want than to search for and add them individually.

Move/remove diagnosis code from documentation
Allow me to move the patient's diagnosis code from the top of the document to somewhere at the end or allow me to remove it completely. Sometimes parents get discouraged when that's the first thing they see.

Color the headings of all sections in a daily note
When completing a daily note, make all of the section headings a color. For example, make the main SOAP sections one color, and the subsections another color.

Don't save after each goal entry in docs tab
In the Docs tab when entering goal data using the Enter Data icon under the goal, allow me to save multiple data points. Right now, I have to save each one individually and when I'm entering a lot of data, it takes more time.

At the top of the document next to "Location", include the clinic's physical address.

Pull forward notes of standardized tests from any document and any patient
Allow me to pull forward the Notes field of standardized tests from any evaluation-type document for any patient. If I've already written a summary on another document, I want to be able to pull it forward so that I don't have to type it again.

Keep data that I entered in the findings section if I accidentally remove the section
In the Findings/Performance Skills section, if I add an evaluation section, add data, and accidentally remove the section, have Fusion remember what data I entered so when I add it again my data is still there.

Make data type and target optional for goals
When adding a goal, make the data type and target fields optional. We don't use the goal graphs in Fusion and it would save us time if we didn't have to enter this information for each goal.
