When creating, adding, or editing goals, allow me to rearrange the goals so I can specify the order in which they are displayed.

Automatically pull forward therapy activities/exercises
Have the activities from the last session automatically pull forward onto the next daily note.

Show / sort primary therapist in document list
When signing-off on documents, show me the primary therapist in the document list and let me sort by it. Sometimes I may need to sign-off on all of a particular therapists' documentation and right now there is no way for me to view who the primary therapist is unless I open the document.

Keep data that I entered in the findings section if I accidentally remove the section
In the Findings/Performance Skills section, if I add an evaluation section, add data, and accidentally remove the section, have Fusion remember what data I entered so when I add it again my data is still there.

When adding a new goal, make the goal category a search field so that I don't have to scroll through the list.

Allow therapists to access an attendance report for their patients so they can report on how many sessions the patient attended and canceled.

Edit goals and change visibility on same screen
When working on a Progress Note or Re-Assessment, allow me to add and edit goals, and change the visibility on the goal on the same screen. Having to go back and forth between two different screens takes more time.

Carryover all therapy activities/exercises
Instead of selected Activities/Exercises only carrying over from the previous note, have all the Therapy Activities/Exercises ever selected to carry over. Then I can quickly edit that list.

Don't display goal graphs on the plan of care
I like having the goal graphs on the primary document, but the big "No Data" box doesn't look good on the Plan of Care for all the new goals. I'd like to have more options around where to include which graphs.
