  2. Customize therapist's signature verbiage on documentation

    Our clinic has Doctors and other providers that treat visual & audio, allow me to change the "treating therapist" on the top of the document and the "therapist’s signature" to "doctor" or "provider".

  3. Customize medical necessity based on discipline

    Allow me to change the medical necessity so that it reads differently for each discipline. We have some doctors that treat at our clinic and the medical necessity statement needs to read differently.

  4. Display patient diagnosis at the top of all documentation

    Allow me to view the patient's diagnosis when completing my documentation. I often see people with multiple diagnoses and it would be helpful to have that information for reference without leaving the page to go into their information.

  5. Minimize dialogs in Fusion

    Allow me to minimize dialogs in Fusion so that I can quickly view something and then go back to working on something else. For example, when completing a document I may need to look up something in the patient’s information. Allow me to minimize the document, view the patient information, and then pull up the document again to continue working.

  9. Show if data point on graph has notes

    When I hover over a data point on a goal graph in Patients & Goals, show if the data point has a note attached to it like in old Fusion where it read "click to see note".

  11. Insert patient name into quick phrases

    When inserting a quick phrase into documentation, have the patient's name populate when we have the {patient} in the quick phrase, like it does in goals. It saves time when documenting.

  14. Select which document to pull forward information

    Allow me to select which document I want to pull information forward from. Sometimes I want to bring forward information from a previous session that may have been two weeks ago, versus the most recent session. Or, I may want to pull information from the last daily note onto my progress note/re-assessment.

  15. Include certification of medical necessity on evaluation & POC

    Include the Certification of Medical Necessity or some variation of it on the primary evaluation, not just the Plan of Care. I have doctors that want to see the testing and sign off but don’t want two reports.

  16. Keep decline reason field in-line

    When I'm declining a document, don't open another dialog box for me to enter my reason for declining the document. I need to be able to view and reference certain pieces of the document to give my decline reason.

  17. Calculate minutes based on time in/out

    Show me how many minutes my session was based on the time I entered in the Time In and Time Out fields. Having the number of minutes will help when inputting charges so I don't have to calculate this.

    The light grey icons in the patient's documentation center are difficult to see. It's hard for me to figure out what they are unless I hover over them.

  20. Display date on printed goals

    When printing a patient's goals, display the print date at the top of the document. I use the printed goals as my data sheets and the date helps me keep track of which session the data belongs to.
