Add baseline for goals
Allow me to enter baseline data for my goals so insurance can always easily see where the patient started compared to their current level of function.

Upgrade goals
Allow me the option to upgrade a goal and copy it for a new goal at the next level (e.g. increased target percent, decreased assistance, etc.). It would save time and would be helpful to show insurance the patient's progress.

Add 30 day option for including goals in evaluations
When choosing a goal timeframe on progress notes, re-evaluations, and discharges allow me to select a 30-day option. Right now the smallest window is 90 days.

Display goal start date in edit mode
When editing a document and entering goal data and goal notes, allow me to view the date the goal started. Right now I can only view this when previewing the document.

Remove goal start date from documentation
Don't display the start date of the goal on the final document because I don't want insurance to focus on the goal data and not how old the goal is.

Attach goal data history to documentation
Allow me to attach the data history to a progress note or re-assessment. Sometimes the goal graphs don't reflect the changes in our kids that are small but still great progress for their developmental level and the data history would provide that extra support.

Print goal data history
Allow me to print the data history from the patient's goal so that I can review the data and goal comments when writing progress notes or re-assessments.

Make documents a drop-down in the docs tab
When you are on the “Schedule” tab, and you click on “Documents”, the daily notes, evals, progress notes, etc. are listed below that in a darker background. Have this same format on the Docs tab, because it's easier to read.

Revert layout of documentation to single page tabs
Change the layout of documentation back to single page tabs, rather than a continuous scroll. If I click on a tab, I only want that page's sections to be displayed.

Change order of columns in document reminders
Allow me to change the order of the columns for document reminders. I would like to see the type of document directly after the patient name since those are the two most important pieces to me.

Increase character limit for "other" data type goals
When I choose my goal data type to be "Other", the text field only allows me to type in three letters for the measurement. Increase the character limit to allow me to type more information in this field.

Move tabs to top in documentation
Move the section tabs in documentation to the top of the window rather than on the left side. I'm used to seeing them at the top and it's difficult to orient to them vertically.

Sign documentation in line
Allow me to sign the document on the same screen instead of opening another dialog. Having a separate dialog that opens just to sign my document feels like an extra step and extra clicking that isn't necessary.

Customize default settings for goal visibility
When writing a progress note some goals default to the plan of care and some default to the progress note and the plan of care (both documents). Allow me to customize the default setting for my clinic so that all of the goals can default to the same document(s).

Link activities to goals
Allow me to link the activities under Therapy Activities/Exercises to the patient's goals so that insurance can see how the skilled activities address the goals.

Add a section for Palpation under Findings/Performance Skills in evaluation-type documents.

Change font size in documentation
Allow me to make the font smaller or larger in my documentation, both when editing the document and on the final document.

Fewer documentation categories
Decrease the number of tabs (i.e. not started, draft, in progress, etc.) in each documentation category (i.e. daily notes, progress notes, etc.) because I feel like some of them are redundant.

Add pictures and charts to documentation
Allow me to upload pictures or charts and insert them directly in the document.

Customize therapist's signature verbiage on documentation
Our clinic has Doctors and other providers that treat visual & audio, allow me to change the "treating therapist" on the top of the document and the "therapist’s signature" to "doctor" or "provider".
