Show me how many minutes my session was based on the time I entered in the Time In and Time Out fields. Having the number of minutes will help when inputting charges so I don't have to calculate this.

While I'm typing in a document, have Fusion save the information as I type it, similar to a Google Doc.

Show decline note to co-signer
As a supervisor, show me what I originally typed as the decline reason. I want to be able to see the reason I declined the note in the first place, to ensure that the therapist corrected what needed to be changed. This would speed up the process of sign-offs.

Allow us to create caseloads in Fusion so that a therapist has access to only the patient's information (e.g. docs, chart) if that patient is on their caseload.

Generate a document for canceled/no-showed appointments
Allow me to complete a piece of documentation for canceled appointments, so I can more easily communicate to insurance companies or third-party billers why a patient missed an appointment. Preferably these documents will display in the completed documents, so I can include them in a batch download.

Minimize dialogs in Fusion
Allow me to minimize dialogs in Fusion so that I can quickly view something and then go back to working on something else. For example, when completing a document I may need to look up something in the patient’s information. Allow me to minimize the document, view the patient information, and then pull up the document again to continue working.

Customize default settings for goal visibility
When writing a progress note some goals default to the plan of care and some default to the progress note and the plan of care (both documents). Allow me to customize the default setting for my clinic so that all of the goals can default to the same document(s).

Edit goals for all patients that receive the same discipline
Allow me to edit goals for all patients that are seen by my discipline, even if I haven't seen them personally for therapy. As an SLP supervising an SLPA, I need to be able to revise goals for patients that I haven't seen myself.

Add the patient's insurance/payer information to the heading of the completed document.

Add 59 modifiers across claims
If a patient is seen by more than one discipline in a day and one discipline is only billing one code, have a way for Fusion to identify those claims because there's no way for the therapist to state that their services were distinct from the other services the patient was receiving that day and we need to add the modifier.

Allow me to manually change the Last Assessment or Last Progress Note date in the patient's information. Sometimes we see patients that have had evaluations done at another clinic.

Allow quick phrases in standardized test tables
Allow me to use quick phrases in the text/data boxes of standardized tests. For text fields that may require a descriptive word or phrase (e.g. Below Average), quick phrases would save time from having to type those out.

I want the ability to create a goal list that could be named and include a long-term + short-term goal(s). When adding a goal for a patient, I could select the item from the goal list and all goals would populate at once without having to be added individually.
