Add & edit goals from within the document
In evaluation-type documents, don't make me open a separate dialog to view goal graphs and edit goals. Allow me to do this from within the document, including daily notes.

Customize patient information at the top of documentation
Allow me to customize what is displayed in the demographic section at the top of my documentation (i.e. Patient Name, Provider, Payer ID #, etc.). I may want to remove some fields or add additional fields that Fusion doesn't currently display.

Reverse order of y-axis with assistance type data
For assistance type data, the y-axis lists Dependent at the top and Independent at the bottom. As the child makes progress, the graph slopes downward making it look like the child isn't making progress. The order of the assistance types should be reversed on the y-axis, so the graph can display an upward trend.

Increase character limit for "other" data type goals
When I choose my goal data type to be "Other", the text field only allows me to type in three letters for the measurement. Increase the character limit to allow me to type more information in this field.

Treat a document's supervisor as its primary therapist so they have full access to the documents.

Notify or alert the therapist that the patient has low visits/units without them needing to check the reminders.

Record session length under frequency/duration
Allow me to record the length of the sessions I recommend under the Frequency/Duration section for evaluation-type documents. For example, I may want to indicate that the child is going to be seen 2x/week for 45-minute sessions.

Allow me to include a bulleted or numbered list in my documentation for when I want to quickly list skills, strengths/weaknesses, etc.

Add selection for no therapy recommended on evaluations
Allow me to indicate somewhere in the Evaluation that therapy is not recommended (e.g. such as in the Visit Frequency). Sometimes, we end up just doing evaluations for kids and I would like to notate somewhere that it was an evaluation only and therapy is not recommended at this time.

Keep documentation to the left of the calendar
Keep the list of documents that need to be completed in the left sidebar on the schedule tab like they were in old Fusion.

Expand data boxes in tables of standardized tests
Allow the data boxes in standardized tests to expand. Sometimes tests will have a "comment" field in the data table and I want to view all of the comment at once.

Combine tests & measures with assessment sections
I want tests & measure information combined with assessment sections so associated information are grouped together (e.g. Articulation standardized test data is presented with the "Articulation" assessment section within the same area on the document).
