  2. Submit claims with attachments

    Allow me the option to submit a claim with attachments, such as the supporting documentation (e.g. document, home activities). Sending this information all together will save time and reduce potential mistakes with mismatching items.

  3. Create alternative documents in Fusion

    Add a different documentation template (e.g. a blank template) that I can use to write other documentation such as letters of medical necessity, consultations, doctor's orders, or meeting notes. Some of these are billable services but don't fit into the daily note/SOAP format, and some of these are not billable services. Allow me the option to attach them to appointments, fax them, or just appear in the patient's documentation list.

  7. Don't require daily notes for evaluation appointments

    Eliminate the need to write a daily note for an evaluation or progress note appointment. It is redundant since both of those appointments require a report/document already.

    When completing a document, allow me to change the text so that I can include bolded, italicized, and/or colored text to show different information or highlight important information.

  10. Assign a primary therapist to patients

  11. Default time in/out on a document from the appointment

    Have the start and end time of the session automatically be entered into the Daily Note Time In and Time Out fields based on the appointment information.

  15. Track physician signatures on the Plan of Care

    Allow me a way to track if we have received a signed POC from a physician. We need to make sure physicians sign our POCs and there's no way to track that in Fusion.

  17. View patient attendance from within an evaluation-type document

    Allow me to view the patient's attendance when writing an evaluation-type document because we have to include how many sessions the patient attended and canceled. It would be easier to view this information from within the note rather than having to exit out and look it up.

  18. Pull forward patient history from one discipline's evaluation to another

    For patient's that see multiple disciplines, allow the history to pull forward onto each evaluation so that it doesn't have to be typed out every time.

  19. Calculate minutes based on time in/out

    Show me how many minutes my session was based on the time I entered in the Time In and Time Out fields. Having the number of minutes will help when inputting charges so I don't have to calculate this.
