Customize documentation
Allow me to create templates for evaluation-type documents so the same sections will be displayed every time. Or, allow me to customize my documentation further by allowing me to create evaluation sections.

I am new to fusion. very disappointed in evaluation format. no way to add images, photos, graphics, make text bold, colored. I want a referring concern section in the beginning? can't rearrange sections? as an OT- you only have under or over-responsive- no sensory discrimination challenges? very disappointed. Is there a way to make more blank narrative text boxes to customize reports. I am very concerned about compromising the quality of my reports with this basic/cookie cutter format. Any tips to keep me using Fusion b/c this is not sufficient. thank you

It would be amazing to have check boxes that are fillable as well for Strengths, Performance Impairments, Functional Limitations in Evals, Progress Notes, and Reassessments. Thanks!

Add the ability to have data sheets with radio buttons. We offer ABA in addition to ST, OT, PT. This would greatly benefit our ABA therapists documentation

Would really love to be able to create clinic specific evaluation template for typical evaluation types that we do. It would have sections we defined (possibly selected from a fusion supplied set) in an order we determine. Thanks!

It would be great that you can choose from a detailed progress note or simple progress note without affecting data stored from a previous document.. Sometimes I don't want it to look like an evaluation but I want my data to be able to be pulled forward on the following evaluation report and not deleted because I chose to make it simple.

It would be really helpful to have more capability for creating customizable charts/tables in the assessment documents. For example, we would love to create assessment charts with the option to create customizable drop-down sections in the assessment tables for increased customization for the unique needs of our clinic.

We always add specific text to our evaluation reports: sensory integration definitions, reflex definitions, more detailed description of the standardized assessments and how to interpret the scores. Because of this, we always have to download evaluations into a Word document, and then take these extra steps.
It would be wonderful if we could add these customizations into the Fusion template to save this step. I would like to request this as an added feature. Or, if it already a feature that I am overlooking, how do we do this?

It would be extremely helpful if we could have a template evaluation for patients of similar diagnoses. Even though we have quick phrases, it is frustrating to reinvent the wheel each time I type an evaluation for an infant with torticollis because each evaluation is so similar. It would save me so much time if there was a way to work from a template evaluation for some of these common diagnoses.

Please bring back ability to use templates based on diagnosis you select for evaluations. This was helpful!

The "Plan" section is frequently a short, repetitive phrase or two; would be a great place to decrease typing by having some check box options of common responses---Continue POC
Contact Physician
Contact School
Contact Family
Contact Vendor
Update Goals
and of course, leaving an option to type in something novel -

The best approach to our evaluations, clinically, is to present information from 3 sources: test scores and interpretation, family reports, and clinical observations.
Your format prevents this clarity, and does not allow me to create my own categories.
As a result, if I use your format, I have to clarify my information source every sentence or paragraph.
Also, by front-loading test scores, it creates the impression that they are the primary means of assessment, and that everything following is commentary on them, which is not correct.
Any way we will ever be able to create our own headings/sections?

The ability to save an evaluation template that auto populates the same selected areas each time the evaluation template is used.
