    We send attendance warning letters and it would be nice if Fusion had a field that we could mark saying they have received a warning so we could run reports to look at attendance after a warnings have been sent for all patients to see if the warnings are effective.

    Fusion should have a warning on the patient's file that pops up when clinical staff closes out the patient's file to alert you when the entered demographic information is incomplete (missing date of birth, address, phone number, state, zip, insurance ID, missing diagnosis, etc)

    There needs to be a field added to Progress Notes, Evals and Reassessments for intensity (how many minutes) with the frequency and duration that the therapists can fill in how many minutes the appointments will be. All of our Managed Medicaids want to see this information.

    There needs to be an option to send a document from Files. There needs to be an airplane icon there, just like the airplane icon on completed documents.

    The new update is saving the changes and it's not properly working. Please remove due to the fact when we look at appointments it's not showing what we need.

    There should be a way to send mass cancellations for a certain day because of weather or other event that effects multiple appointments.
