An error occurred while saving the comment Jacob Hatfield commentedTH isn't sufficient! We need the ability to create new service types or at least more options. We have ABA and now an LPC for MH services - having both grouped into TH is not useful!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacob Hatfield commentedWe love utilizing the parent portal and the access it gives families! It would be really great if we could create a simple "checklist" or questionnaire - ex: "Have you noticed improvement in (blank) area?, Do you have questions about (blank), has anything changed in the last (blank)" Whenever parents log in, perhaps periodically, the portal prompts them to answer these questions. Results are aggregated to a report or as a notification to the clinic.

It is extremely tedious to pull information like claim denial reasons over a period of time, or from a specific service, or from a specific payer. This is an important metric to be able to monitor and it's not cost-effective to do so for us. A report that shows all denial/adjustment codes and remarks would be very welcomed.
