An error occurred while saving the comment We cannot justify the new cost for text messaging service without the ability to customize the message, customize when they are sent, send additional messages, etc. It would be one thing to be charged $.10 if we had this ability/flexibility, but there is currently NONE. Due to this we will not be using text reminders by Fusion; if other companies can provide this service for a penny or less, Fusion should too. We pay too much money for this EMR for everything to have additional costs. Due to this, we are also looking into other EMRs.

An error occurred while saving the comment It would be nice to be able to make a report with all of the categories that I want/need without limitation based on the category chosen. For instance, I have attempted to make a report today to include Patient's name, service type. Next appointment with TIME and DATE, location and contact number. The only way to get all of this information is by creating two separate reports.
