Communicate between a document's therapist, contributors, and co-signer
As a participant on a document, I want to communicate back and forth with the document's therapist, contributors, and co-signer, rather than only the co-signer being able to send a message when it's declined.

Show patient information on the goals page
When viewing a patient's goal from Patient's & Goals, there isn't any identifying information. It's not easy to tell which patient I'm viewing goals for. Add patient information to the goal page such as the patient's name, date of birth, and chronological age, so I can tell which patient I'm viewing goals for.

Change visibility of all goals at once
When completing an evaluation-type document, allow me to select multiple goals so that I can change the visibility for multiple at the same time. Having to change each one individually can be time-consuming.

Keep decline reason field in-line
When I'm declining a document, don't open another dialog box for me to enter my reason for declining the document. I need to be able to view and reference certain pieces of the document to give my decline reason.

Have an option to send both the primary document and the POC. Right now I can only send one or the other. If I want to send both I have to send them separately.

When I open the patient's document, have a sticky note available so that I can quickly jot down session notes. It would allow me to write down information quickly so that I could copy and paste it later into the appropriate sections.

Allow multiple therapists across different disciplines to collaborate on one document at the same time so that we don't have to wait for one person to send it to us before we can add our information.

Add note to archived goals
Allow me to add a note or comment when I'm archiving a goal. Sometimes I archive goals before it's time to write the progress note and having a note about why the goal was archived will allow for better communication between therapists.
