Include some kind of identifier when using a saved card for payment processing so that I can tell which one is the credit card, debit card, or HSA card, or which card is the client's preferred card.

Let me sort or filter remits by those that have been completed, so all the claims are finalized it can be moved to that area. It will make the Received remits easier to work through if I don't have to sort through the completed ones.

Don't have payments on a deductible appear in the "Not Paid" claims folder
If a payer doesn't pay on a claim but puts it toward the deductible, it's misleading to have the claim appear in "Not Paid" because it makes it seem like it was denial.

When a co-payment is entered at check-out, have it automatically apply to the patient's billing account so parents can view it on the statement and so we can access the receipt for the co-payment if a parent asks for it later.

Allow me to track authorizations by units and/or visits. We have some payers that authorize by units for some patients and visits for other patients. It would be less headache for me if I didn't have to convert one or the other and I could track both.
