Keep view position when switching between claims
If I open a claim and scroll to the bottom to view the amount paid or the address, when I open the next claim have it open to the bottom at the same location. This happened in old Fusion and it saves time rather than having to scroll to the bottom with every claim.

Add breadcrumb link to billing
Add the breadcrumbs back to the billing area that allowed me to navigate to prior screens.

Visibility of view claim icon
The icon for "View Claim" is very faint and hard to see. Make this more visually distinct.

Make pending claims in color in patient's statement
Make the pending claims a different color in the patient's statement. In old Fusion, pending claims were in a red font which made them easier to distinguish.

Condense columns in the billing tab
The information displayed in the Billing tab (e.g. invoices, received remittances, etc.) is spread out too much on the page making it difficult to read.

Remove balance column on invoices
Remove the balance column on invoices and just display the total at the bottom. The balance column can be confusing to parents.
