Allow billers to modify charges on a daily note
Allow the billers at my clinic to modify the charges on a daily note. If there is an error or someone forgot to add the 59 modifier it's easier for them to fix it rather than sending it back to the therapist and waiting for the therapist to make the change.

Allow me to flag claims and print a list of the claims that I have flagged. Sometimes I need to flag specific ones I need to work on or ones that I need to track individually for a specific insurance.

Add 30, 60, and 90 day aging to statements and invoices so patients can see how old their balance is.

Allow me to turn on detailed invoices by payer. Right now it's an all or nothing option but we have some clients that don't need it.

Flag claims that have mutually exclusive diagnosis codes
Add rules to Fusion pertaining to the CMS guidelines that will kick back claims that have mutually exclusive CPT codes. For example, as an SLP I cannot bill F80.2 and R47.1 on the same claim. Have Fusion flag these claims so that I can correct them before they are submitted.

The back button "bleeds" over into the left sidebar, make it more distinct so it's easier to see.

Allow my clinic header to be displayed on receipts so that they look more professional.

Batch print invoices directly from patient billing account
From the Invoices tab in a patient's billing account, allow me to select and print multiple invoices. It's easier to do this from the patient's billing account than the Invoices page.

Auto generate custom invoices
We charge certain patients a fee every month and it would be great if we could set it up so that Fusion automatically generated invoices for these patients. Right now it's a lot of manual work to create each one separately.

When I'm looking at a payer payment, let me filter by patient so I don't have to scroll through all the linked claims to find what I'm looking for.

Allow me to create custom claim statuses for claims that were sent back that I need to follow-up on or ones that need attention.

Have Fusion automatically send an email to patients/caregiver if a bill has been past due for a certain amount of days.

When I'm finalizing a claim to secondary, display the payer name in the drop-down.

Add clinic name and therapist name to header when printing claims from billing account
When printing the claim details from the patient's billing account, include the clinic name and the therapist's name in the header of the printed list. Some of our patients submit this information to insurance but there's no identifying information at the top of the document.
