    File folders in the scanned Exp. when adding a scanned document there is a file folder just for OT then one for PT and so on... that why we can put what needs to be sectioned out and easier to find documents.

    There needs to be an option for an urgent alert so when you open a patients' account that has an urgent alert the alert would pop up immediately. For example if a kid has a peanut allergy or if a kid should only be picked up by a certain parent it would be nice to have an urgent alert option that would pop open a box anytime their file is opened

    For us to be able to utilize the electronic sign in feature we need an electronic signature log or for a statement to be added to the daily notes that the parent signed in the patient electronically.

    We need the ability to be able to fax from patient files and not just documents. There are other forms that we use that need to be faxed to the doctor other than just the notes and plan of care.

    When we enter an authorization we should be able to choose wether it is tracking visits or units because some of our insurances vary by which service and some of our services vary by which insurance wether we need to track visits or units. --

    We need to be able to use quick phrases in the comment boxes on standardized tests. Our OT's type "Typical Performance" "Probably Difference" and "Definite Difference" in these spots so we created quick phrases for them to use on the standardized however the Comment boxes are not pulling up the quick phrases. They have tried using these on the Sensory Profile, the Infant Toddler Sensory Profile
    in the comment section and the Peabody in the rating section. --
